What does this class consist of ?

DAES covers the areas of study defined in the organisation of the final cycle of study in secondary education in Luxembourg. Each area of study is organised in modules. The curriculum comprises English, French for higher education, applied mathematics, one subject in natural sciences and at least one subject in humanities and social sciences.

To enter this programme, sufficient English- and French-language skills are needed. Applicants who submit verified language skills in English equivalent to CEFR Level B1.2/B2 and in French equivalent to CEFR Level B1.1/B1.2 will be given priority during the selection process. Selection is based on the application documents and a personal interview with each candidate.

In this programme, students are in regular contact with a teacher-tutor who accompany them in their personal and academic or professional project.

The teaching sessions take place five days a week. The student will have to attend classes regularly. An absence rate of more than 10% may lead to the termination of the contract with school.
