ENAD is a school where people not only acquire knowledge, but also live and grow together. We create a place of learning that continuously adapts and evolves to meet the needs of all members of the school community, especially the students. Through education, we want to give everyone the opportunity to realise their full potential.
At ENAD, we open up goals for students and accompany them on their learning journeys. We reflect on and accompany learning processes, differentiate at the level of teaching and personal support. In this way, we create a space for orientation and security in which both students and staff can develop and grow. Through a constructive error culture, we ensure the continuous development of teaching and the school community. Within this framework, we see mistakes as opportunities for growth and utilise reflection and feedback as a driver for learning.
From this perspective, we counteract the ossification of structures and practices through dialogue and cooperation. We promote multi-professional collaboration through interdisciplinary thinking and action. Resources are shared among the members of the school community. We remain open to new perspectives and adapt dynamically to social changes.
Through the consistent interplay of mutual appreciation and social commitment, we support students in recognising themselves as emancipated actors in society. We also aim to strengthen the social role of schools by recognising diversity as a strength that enriches learning and teaching. We recognise different perspectives, experiences and potential and use them for joint learning. Whether in learning at school or living together at school, we are committed to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Human rights and basic democratic principles are non-negotiable. We support students with an awareness of prejudice and strive to create an environment in which everyone can find a place in the school community.
We support co-operation through careful and efficient management of resources as well as transparent and structured communication. At the same time, we raise awareness of the importance of staff wellbeing and aim to maintain humanity in our actions towards all. We achieve a stable basis for well-being and sustainable success by treating each other with respect, agreeing on goals and their framework conditions and creating a safe environment for everyone.
