Democracy Week at ENAD

As part of Democracy Week, which took place during the week of 27 November 2025, the 3GSO of the High Five site took part in a workshop organised by the ZpB. During the workshop, entitled ‘Gute Noten für gute Bürger’ (Good grades for good citizens), the learners explored the theme of democracy and digital technology. In the discussion on the topic of ‘digital surveillance,’ arguments for (increased security, deterrent effect on criminals, etc.) and against (invasion of privacy, risk of a surveillance state, etc.) were gathered. The subject will be continued in German class and will serve as the basis for writing essays.

Students in classes CC1SFA1, DC1ICA1 and 5eCOR+ also explored the theme of democracy. In this context, these classes reflected on democracy at school and were able to express their opinions on this important topic through posters and surveys.
