ENAD offers since 2012 the 1st year of the DAP cook training.
From the academic year 2021-2022, the cook training is offered both for the DAP (Diplôme d’Aptitude Professionnelle) and for the CCP (Certificat de Capacité Professionnelle). After the first year at ENAD, DAP students continue their studies either at the Luxembourg Hotel and Tourism School or at the Technical High School of Bonnevoie.
The new apprenticeship kitchens installed in the Blumm building provide future cooks with modern equipment adapted to their training.
